Told without names where the work speaks louder than the brand.
A family-run furniture workshop in a small town had been building high-quality bespoke pieces for years — word of mouth, local reputation, steady orders. When they decided to open a showroom in Bengaluru, the gap wasn’t the product. It was that nobody in the city knew they existed. The brand had no digital presence, no positioning for an urban audience, no way to translate decades of craft credibility into a search result or an Instagram follow.
Our first client. The engagement was short, focused, and taught us that the hardest part of a Tier 3 brand entering a metro isn’t the product — it’s the story the city audience needs to hear before they’ll walk into the showroom.
Kriti Mathur’s practice was real. Students returned. Retreats filled. But people in Udaipur looking for a wellness expert weren’t finding her. The website didn’t sound like her. Google didn’t know she existed. We rebuilt the website from her own sentences, set up Google Business properly, and worked the search without using the wellness-cliche playbook.

A D2C food brand with a strong product line — millet-based, health-conscious, genuinely good — but zero digital traction. They’d tried running ads. They’d tried marketplaces. Nothing was compounding. The founder was spending more time on Instagram than on product development, and the unit economics weren’t closing.
90 days. The founder went back to focusing on product. The digital side started running without her pushing it every morning.
A health and nutrition app for fitness coaches — the product worked, the coaches liked it, but nobody was signing up. The founding team had spent months building features and no time building a pipeline. They needed users, not another feature.
Strong word of mouth. Good projects. But every new client came through someone they already knew, and that ceiling was getting lower. They needed a repeatable way to generate leads that didn’t depend on the founder’s personal network.
An experiential motorcycle tour company runs the kind of journeys that change something in you. The founder had the routes, the stories, the riders. What he didn’t have was a brand articulation strong enough to land partnership deals with the companies he wanted to work with.

A tarot practitioner with a loyal following — a legitimate practice and a real audience. But her Meta ads were burning budget without converting. The targeting was too broad, the creative was generic, and the funnel was leaking at every step.

Doing well on referrals, but the founder knew that wasn’t sustainable. They needed a repeatable digital pipeline — LinkedIn Ads for awareness, Google Ads for intent capture — run properly, not experimentally.
No commitment. No sales pitch. Just a real conversation.
