These terms apply when you use gruworks.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The website gruworks.com is run by GRU Universal Consulting LLP, which trades as gruworks. We are a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN ACE-8026) and a DPIIT-recognised startup (certificate DIPP249542). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean GRU Universal Consulting LLP, and "you" means anyone using the site.

2. Our services are agreed in writing
The site describes what we do. It is not an offer that you can accept by using the site.
Every engagement starts with an intro call and is then set out in a signed agreement between you and us, with a statement of work and confidentiality terms. That agreement sets the scope, fees, term, notice, ownership of work, liability and how disputes are settled. Where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement wins.
Audits are agreed on the intro call, including the tier and the delivery date. An audit is bought under these terms: you pay the full fee when you buy it, and we send you an official receipt of payment. Work on your audit starts as soon as your payment arrives, so audit fees cannot be refunded once paid (see our Refund Policy).
3. Prices and information on the site
- The package price on the site is a starting price. Your fee is the one in your proposal and signed agreement. Audit prices are those shown on the site when your audit is agreed.
- Prices for India are in Indian rupees, with GST at 18% added. Prices for clients outside India are in US dollars, with no GST: GST is charged only on invoices for clients in India.
- The number of places open is updated by hand and may be behind.
- We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Tell us at growth@gruworks.com if you spot one.
- Content on the site is general information about our firm and our way of working. It is not professional advice for your business. Advice comes in the course of an engagement.
4. The grunior chat
The grunior chat is an automated assistant. It answers from a short set of facts our team has approved and cannot answer everything. Its answers are general information, not advice, and nothing it says is an offer or a promise. For anything that matters to a decision, ask a person on our team.
5. Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You must not:
- break the law, or anyone's rights, through the site;
- send false details, spam or automated submissions through our forms;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not public, or disrupt how the site works;
- copy, scrape or republish the site's content for commercial use without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, graphics, photographs, and the gruworks name and logo belong to us or to those who license them to us. Using the site gives you no right to them beyond what section 5 allows.
Work we create for clients is owned as set out in each client's signed agreement.
7. No promise of results
We do our work with reasonable skill and care. Business results also depend on things outside our control, including your decisions, your market, and the rules and systems of search engines, AI assistants and ad platforms. So we do not guarantee any particular result, such as rankings, mentions in AI answers, traffic, leads or sales. We report results honestly.
8. Links to other sites and tools
The site links to, and we use, services run by others, such as Google Meet, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
For clients, our liability is set by the signed agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Your personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the site and in our work.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version on this page, with the effective date at the top, is the one that applies.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Disputes under a client agreement are settled as that agreement says.
